Tony Hodgins is a graduate from Birmingham University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having spent seven years in the profession, firstly with PwC and then two years with Andersen. He was a founder of Wheale Thomas Hodgins in 1990 and is now Managing Director. He specialises in Board (both Executive and Non-Executive) and Senior Management positions. Tony has gained a reputation for investing time with the client at the start of a project to understand not only the subtleties of the role but also the values and principles of the client.
Tom O’Neill graduated from Strathclyde University and is one of the founders of Wheale Thomas Hodgins. He worked at PwC prior to entering the recruitment industry. He is a very experienced recruiter and recognised across the business and professional community for his many successful placements, with a particular focus on SMEs and owner-managed businesses. After a sabbatical, he has recently returned as Head of Business Development.
